Descriptions and availability of treatments and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any treatment or product at any time.

Appointment cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend, we reserve the right to charge 50 per cent of the treatment cost or forfeit any deposit paid. This fee reflects the actual costs incurred due to the cancellation.

Consent to treatment

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks, benefits, and alternatives to the proposed treatment. You confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and provide informed consent before treatment begins.

Limitation of liability

To the extent legally permitted, we exclude all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any products or services supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded.
